Mediation is a voluntary procedure for the constructive settlement of a conflict. The procedure shall enable the conflicting parties to find a mutual solution that corresponds to their needs and interests.
The mediator supports the conflicting parties as an “impartial third party” he makes no decisions concerning the conflict. Instead, he pays attention to the proper execution of the procedure in order to enable a process of understanding among the conflicting parties.
Mediation can be applied to all areas of conflict.
Within the framework of our consultation we focus especially on the field of economy and business mediation.
